1. Q: Do you only do wholesale?
A: NO, we offer retail order also. WE DO BOTH RETAIL & WHOLESALE .

2. Q: Do you offer goods with 110 Voltage and different out plug?
A: YES, we offer most products with 110/220 Voltage and different out plugs. Please contact us for confrim idea of the voltage and out plug (some small item may be not suitable to change the voltage or need min. order quantity) before you place the order.

3. Q: What is the basic ordering process?
A: a. Customer contact us for detail information of the product---Each customer will be given his/her own number for inquire
b. Settle down the price, payment&delivery method
c. After we receive the payment, we will send out the goods in 3-5 business day and send the custom a PI=Proforma Invoice with purchasing code, purchasing day, product name and quantity. Please show us the PI for the repair.
d. Customer receive the good and check if it is working properly
e. Contact us for any problems
f. Leave a feetback

4. Q:After I place the order, when will you ship the good?
A: Order from EBAY(small item): After we comfrin the price and shipping detail, we will arrange the shipment within 3-5 business day after receive the payment. Unexpectable delay will be reported to the buyer immediately, additional discount will be given to the buyer for serious delay.
General Order: After we comfrin the price and shipping detail, we will arrange the shipment within 3-5 business day after receive the payment. For some big item may cause more time for inspection and shipping arrangement, pls contact us for detail information. 5. Q:How do you delivery the product?
A: Since we sall so many different items(from size to weight), we offer 7 different delivery term so far to satisfy various needs. Pls check out our form below for general information, for detail charge please contact us.
Important Note:
1) We will insure all the item is 100% new, working properly and well packed before delivey. Since damaged or mal-function could be caused by un-proper delivery process, insurance is required for all kinds of express/poss delivery(below table 2-4).
Sea shipping insurance is highly recommended, if the buyer insist not buying the insurance, we are not responsible to any reported damage.

2) All the express/poss delivery will have a tracking number, after we ship the goods we will send the tracking number and all the information to buyer¡¯s email address. PLS inform us when you receive the good.
Sea shipping delivery will have a bill of loading for the buyer to take the goods, we will send you the bill of loading after loading ASAP by optional express.

3) All the Arrive Day in below table is under normal condition, special condition could happen(custom open the packet to inspect, bad weather, Christmas and so.), Pls do not worry too much, you should contact us or the express company, we will try our best to help sloveing the problem.

6. Q: What is the Returning Policy of your company?
A: About RETURNS:
1) Sale is final. No refunds or returns. Please make sure you understand what you are buying and contact us for all the information you need before you place an order. We will insure all the product are 100% new, working properly and well packed before delivey.
2) If packages are delivered in unfit condition, please refuse shipment and contact us within 24 hours
3) In normal condition, PLS OPEN the packet and CHECK immediately before you sign for the packet. Defective items or missing parts must be reported within 24 HOURS After RECEIVE. Defective or missing report later than 24 HOURS may not be accepted by Beyond Beauty.
4) EXCHANGE is available ONLY when the item is Defective but not caused by delivery. Pls contact us for the detail exchange policy before you send any item back to us.

7. Q: What is the WARRANTY term of your product?
A: About WARRANTY
1) All equipment and salon furniture carried by Beyond Beauty comes with a limited 1-year warranty,except hydraulic pump for limited 2-years.
2) Shampoo unit fixtures and parts have 90 days warranty.
3) Equipment parts and accessories have 30 days warranty. Glass spare part no included.
4) We DO NOT warrant on color variation over wood, fabric, and laminated materials. Fabrics and laminated materials are not warranted against wear, fading, staining, soiling, crushing, or all of which are influenced by the user created environment or to the care of which the product is exposed during use.
5) Our limited warranty does not cover the damage caused in transit, improper installation, excessive use, or alteration.
6) All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, to the original purchaser, and remain at our discretion.
7) Accessories and replacement parts may be available for purchase on select merchandise.
8) Use of replacement parts provided by other manufacturers, or, not authorized by Beyond Beauty may affect equipment performance and voids all product warranties.
9) Warranty service is provided by Beyond Beauty and requires that the product(s) be shipped and delivered to our authorized address for repair.
10) The warranty does NOT cover shipping charges to and from our repair centers. Customers must receive an Authorization for Repair (AR) number before shipping merchandise to us.
11) All repaired items will be returned to the customer by the delivery way selected by buyer. We are not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from equipment failure or service delays.
